Yes, keywords are connectors, they reach out and touch the other person&#039;s heart -- and no matter what people say, it&#039;s the heart connection that creates the bottom line.

Sure, you need to use your head to prove your case, but that only solidifies the connection that&#039;s already been made. 

It&#039;s the emotional touch that creates trust and security and is most persuasive.
