Evolution is a very demanding task master. Either adapt to changing circumstances or follow in the footsteps of the Tyrannosaurus Rex – i.e. extinction.
The same process holds in every area of our lives. We either adapt and adopt or die — literally or effectively.
Evolution’s rule is now being felt in the area of Internet commerce.

Just as the dinosaurs were fading into the shadows of ancient times, the mammals, who had been watching from within the brush, were now able and willing to move forward and become the reigning life form on the planet.
Soft sell, loved-based marketers and sellers have been watching from the corners of the marketplace waiting for their opportunity to bring forth their heart-based, conscious, relationship-centered marketing . . .
Marketing and selling with authenticity, transparency, and a real, felt intimacy between human beings who happen to be sellers and buyers.
Their focus is on the human beings at the center of any commercial transaction and how both human beings, seller and buyer, can be best served . . .
And not just the two but how can their transaction also best serve the well-being of their community and well-being planet-wide.
Consciousness and Conscience
It’s no longer good enough to be a lumbering dinosaur who is looking out for his/her own interest at the cost of whomever gets in the way. That kind of singular self-centered, strictly bottom-line driven rapaciousness has become dangerous . . . not just to individuals but to the species itself (to say nothing of all the other life forms on this planet who are placed in jeopardy).
Hard sell must give way and is giving way to soft sell marketing/selling approaches, where profit remains a motive but not the motive, and care and community are the primary concern for those who do business with consciousness and conscience.
